365 Solutions AC Repair and Plumbing

I decided to try a new service for my home HVAC and plumbing. I called 365 Solutions based on a recommendation from a friend. I was able to schedule my appointment the same week. The technician was prompt, called ahead 30 minutes before arrival, and was very professional. He was able to solve my issue and suggested a service plan for the AC Systems that was less than what I’ve been paying in the past. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism overall. I will definitely be using them again.

I will start by saying, stop even trying to find a different company. We have had so many AC companies come out and been lied to, units not fixed, charged money unnecessarily and been very frustrated. However, we have now had 365 out to fix a few things in our home, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and today our mini split. Every time someone has come out they have been knowledgable, they have fixed the problems and not over charged us. They are honest and this is rare in this industry. I highly recommend this company for all your AC and heating needs.

5 stars just simply isn’t enough!! Why go with one of these “big” companies who charge you double to cover their overhead! I received timely, respectful, and professional service from start to end! They even got my install done 4 days sooner than predicted because they knew I was suffering in my home without AC I can’t express my level of gratitude and appreciation for this company that CARED when I needed it

Dustin with 365 and his assistant were excellent. Completed 2 plumbing repairs at my house. One was a Water leak in the wall and the other was a gas leak/rusted line to tankless water heater. They were on time, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed watching Dustin train his assistant.

Dustin & Nick did a fantastic, meticulous job with the installation of my Rinnai Tankless Water replacing a 50 gal water tank. Dustin planned the job, took extra efforts to run lines within the walls the job looks better than most new construction installations. The job was also competitively priced, with prompt & professional responses to my inquiries. The job was completed within days of my initial inquiry. I could not be happier. Thank you 365 Solutions!
