1/6/26. DJ was excellent. He has knowledge of our system, was friendly, helpful and even removed shoes on carpet floors. Much appreciated! He was very thoughtfull in dealing with our many questions - especially about safety concerns. He deserves the 5 STARS!! Costs were higher than expected for replacing cut off box thus unsure about that. With service agreement, that made it a little easier to accept. Paul & Marcie Barnette.

I appreciate good customer service.Jayden was very knowledgeable about my unit and it’s pass parts replacements. His integrity was outstanding informing me that the compressor needed to be replace and it was done not to long ago this year.He replaced the compressor without charge.😇

Had our yearly maintenance. First very easy making the appt. Then a tech came Cole. He was great. Looked over everything and made sure everything was OK. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you Cole Dina & Danny

Everything went really well. The tech was so nice and awesome. He took his time figuring out what the problem was and explained everything to me. My unit was under warranty so I didn't pay for anything. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely keep their contact information handy and use them again.

We have had nothing but good service and friendly communication with A/C Designs since we built our house in 2019. Always detailed in their explanation of findings and results, and more than helpful when deciding on material items such as enhancements , replacements and other items. Not pushy in the slightest.
