The most wonderful customer service from my initial phone call on a busy Tuesday morning to complete repair in just a matter of a couple of short hours thereafter. And during the coldest day of the year thus far— certainly their service was in very high demand! Our tech arrived right on time, and demonstrated complete professionalism, expertise and completed the job at hand effectively and expeditiously. We are once again warm tonight! If you are thinking of making a switch or looking for the first time for an AC company to service your home or business then Atlantic Mechanical is your company. I manage vacation rentals at the beach and recently used Atlantic Mechanical to replace the AC in my own home, and the professionalism of all employees, Sandy with scheduling to Chris with the installation, is exemplary. I have used many other companies in St. Augustine and can honestly say Atlantic Mechanical is by far the best. We were especially impressed on how clean they left our home after almost 6 hours of work for our new install.
