The installation was completed efficiently, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. Aaron from Avalon was incredibly honest, professional, and easy to work with. He specifically worked with me on quotes for new systems and they had very fair and reasonable pricing, as well as offering some of the higher end systems on the market (which you don't find with everyone these days). There are a million and one AC companies to choose from; but they're not all made equally. You need folks who are timely and honest and willing to shoot straight and these guys are it.
