These guys are the real deal. Brice and Dylan came out and were completely honest with me about the repairs; for full context I was under the assumption we'd immediately need a new unit because of the age of our machine but they were able to find a really quick and affordable solution. They could've been dishonest and simply told me the only solution was a new system, and I've heard that from folks in the past. Brice and Dylan also gave me estimates for the inevitable moment our 20+ year old machine goes that I found fair and reasonable. They knocked out the repairs quietly, efficiently, and professionally. I will need a whole new system soon and I know with certainly I'll call B-Cool when that time comes (hopefully it's just not too soon!). Side note: I love when businesses have their technicians put on the little shoe coverings when entering the house. I can't tell you how many plumbers, electricians and AC folks come through our house and just leave stuff everywhere – so, I appreciate that small detail from B-Cool. The little things matter to some people. Keep up the good work, y'all.

Extremely professional and efficient. Jenna in the office kept me informed of an unexpected delay in the arrival of the tech at my home. The very fact that she went out of her way to keep the customer informed is the first step in outstanding customer service. The tech on, his arrival was courteous, proficient and professional. He performed his tasks with no disruption of the normal flow of the day. B-Cool is the ultimate in professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone/everyone. Our 6 yr old AC unit gave us 5 years of problems and so we decided to replace the unit instead of continuing to replace parts and pay for labor. My husband called around to get quotes on a new unit and after deciding we got an honest quote from B-Cool, the unit was installed the following business day. The 2 technicians, Dylan and Adam, showed up timely and were extremely professional. They walked me through the process and showed me how to use the new thermostat. They were friendly and cleaned everything up leaving absolutely no mess. Both my husband and I could not be more satisfied with our experience with B-Cool and their knowledgeable and friendly technicians and would highly recommend them. Our new Amana unit is exceptionally quiet - you can barely hear it running! 2025 Update: We replaced the bigger unit and the house is actually colder set on the same setting. Clearly the old one wasn’t as efficient as our electric bill dropped. Sept 2025 Update: haven’t had the first issue with the new unit that was installed last Sept. Called to get on their maintenance plan and spoke with a lovely young lady (Ms Abbey) who provided the pricing upfront and then scheduled my first service immediately. I also inquired about the warranty - and let me say, the warranty is incredible AND COVERS FREON!! Needless to say I also opted for the 10yr warranty and Dylan came out and serviced the unit. He was very professional and kept a tidy work space and cleaned up after himself. He even washed my unit! Pricing with B-Cool is transparent and what they tell you the price is, is the price when they come to complete the service or work. No hidden fees or other “service fees” get tacked onto the bill. I’ve been extremely impressed with B-Cool since I purchased my first unit from them (and have since purchased a 2nd). No issues and no runaround. If they say they’ll call you back, they call you back. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees and highly recommend them. 10 out of 10 stars!

The best repair experience I think I’ve ever had. Scheduling was prompt and super easy with text updates and a map. Nathan arrived exactly on time was professional courteous, and did great work. My home has 2 heat pumps. Both air-handlers (a-h) are in an upstairs utility room. The older unit is laying down and the newer one standing up. The older unit is for most of the downstairs and the newer unit that is standing upright does the upstairs and the downstairs master. The eqpt. room has a sloped ceiling with limited clearance. All the duct work is flexible. Cooling in the home through the summer of 23 was good. On March 7, 24 I had B-Cool (Invoice 46971651) come and do the following for $4,649.09: 1. Install two 4” filters, ie, 6" thick filter assy's. 2. Replace existing Honeywell zone panel with new Panel. 3. Replace two failed 14" dia dampers with two new 14" dia dampers. 4. Replace existing thermostats with three Honeywell 9000. B-Cools onsite techs were very nice, as was the person at the office. However, B-Cool's work would ultimately lead me to make a bad decision 3 months later with Ocean State HVAC that cost me an unnecessary $15k. On item "1", I explicitly told the B-Cool tech to install the filter box on the side of vertical a-h. I came back later when they were finished and found they did not do this. Instead, they put the filter assembly on top of the plenum lifting the a-h up 6 inches I would find out later that this upward shift of the unit had crumpled the 18" supply duct at ceiling and this would lead to the poor cooling upstairs during the summer of 24. A few months after B-Cools work I inspected the filters on both units and found the filter box on the a-h that is laying down was protruded 4+ inches deeper than the depth of the a-h box and this protrusion was not covered by during the install of the box and thus the air was being pulled from the eqpt. room and bypassing the 4" thick filter. Within a couple weeks of discovering the exposed filter box install issue, the compressor on this unit failed. I called B-Cool and they were apologetic and were eager to bid on the new system I now needed. However, I felt it was time to try another company, so I contracted with Avalon to replace this unit. All Avalon's work went very well. So, by now the summer of 24 is here and my daughter is complaining that the cooling upstairs was not working as well as it did during the summer of 23. This system was only 4 years old. Based on a friend's recommendation I contracted with Ocean State to look at the system, and they didn’t find any mechanical issues. They told me I needed to upgrade to a 4-ton 2 stage system. I was concerned there was ductwork issues in the attic, ie, not enough supply and returns. We agreed on a $19k system that would have the first day's work be in the attic improving duct work and the second day to replace the unit. The first day came and 2 Ocean State techs showed with the salesperson I had contracted with. I was concerned because both techs were very young. I told them I would be gone for an hour to see my doctor. When I got back, they had already removed the existing system, and the sales guy told me it was too hot in the attic and that other than putting mastic on the two leaking 14" dia dampers that B-Cool had installed he could not do the modification of the duct work we had contracted to do. I should have cancelled the contract, but instead it was revised to remove the duct work. During the removal of the existing a-h the Ocean State techs showed me how badly the flexible supply duct was constricted due to B-Cool's raising the a-h 6" to fit the filter box. Ocean State finished the install and moved the filter box to the side of the new a-h and lowered the handler back down 6". So, for the rest of the summer of 24, ie, after the Ocean State installation, and the following summer of 25, cooling upstairs has been good, ie., the same as it was before B-Cool improperly moved the 4-year-old unit up. So, in summary, I did not need a new unit. The existing 4-year-old unit worked just fine. The problem with cooling upstairs in the summer of 24 after B-Cool's upward shift of the a-h was due to the constriction of the supply duct on top of the unit.
