Jeff answered the phone, no answering machine, listened to our concerns & scheduled service convenient for us on the same day. He updated us on arrival time & a message came when he was enroute. He checked our unit thoroughly, providing information along the way. Upon completion he gave us realistic advice relative to the age of our unit, didn't suggest or push unnecessary service or sale. He spent time answering ALL our questions & charged a fair price for his service. He had Great reviews & we can add our own complete satisfaction!

Had a problem with the heat pump not defrosting in the cold weather recently. Called Backs and Jeff can over within a short period of time to check on the problem. After some troubleshooting, informed me the units circuit board was bad. Got me up and running by manually defrosting the unit. Checked my unit inside the garage at the same time and pointed out what he would take care of when he returned to install the circuit board. Returned in a couple of days and installed the board. Did a complete check of the system to ensure everything was operating properly. Could mot be more satisfied with the service I received.

Jeff promptly answered the phone late on Friday afternoon right around 4 pm, and said I was next one on the list. He showed up and diagnosed the problem in no time. Great service and dependable. Turned out to be a blown capacitor. He checked my compressor charge, and that was good. Gave the unit a quick check and all was good. Great service and reasonable prices. Back's is great! They charged half of what others had quoted to come out after hours to look at our A/C. When the part was delayed due to a holiday they supplied a temporary fix so we would not be without over Labor Day weekend. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be our go to company for any A/C services in the future.

I previously paid for a winter check up and completely forgotten about it. They were honest and very nice contacting me about it. We got it set up and they let me know of an issue they recommend addressing. They took care of it quickly and worked with my schedule. Turns out the issue was worse than we thought. It was hit by a tree and parts came loose that weren't visibly loose. They really helped out catching the issue before it became so much worse.
