Charlie's Tropic

My husband and I use Charlie's Tropic for our HVAC system. We have an annual contract with them and they inspect our unit two times a year. This week Jasen with Charlie's did our inspection. Jasen was very friendly and polite. He explained his inspection and answered our questions. We have always been very satisfied with the services from Charlie's and highly recommend them.

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable about heating and air. While doing our maintenance appointment he recommended a better brand air filter. Fast reliable service and efficient.

Eric just serviced my AC unit for the 2nd time. He comes every 6 months and I couldn't be happier. He does a VERY thorough job and is such a nice guy too! He cleans all of the inside and outside lines, opens up the exterior unit and cleans out all of the debris, changes out my filters and takes time to visit with my Golden! (she loves him!). Great company and I highly recommend them and their annual maintenance plans. VERY reasonably priced.

Russell, my HVAC tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly and efficiently to repair my AC system. I'm so grateful and impressed with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend Charlie's Tropic to my neighbors, friends and family.

They do great job for I live at the beach and have to keep my air conditioning running your year round. They come every six months and do a great job of keeping it in tiptop shape. I appreciate them coming on time so I can get to work. Thank you for being such professional .
