This was my first time needing air-conditioning repair. I called Chiller Medic, as my sister highly recommended them. My technician Matthew arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and was able to resolve my leaking AC unit fairly quickly. He also conducted some additional tests to make sure that there were no other obvious issues that needed addressing. I am very satisfied with the level of communication and service I received as well as the cost, which was fair and reasonable. Definitely a five star experience.

Mathew Lampp did a great job trouble shooting and fixing my hvac unit. Always get good timely service and a great tech. They are always willing to work with you and explain all the issues found or what can cause trouble in the future. I have been using them for eight years.

Our system has been limping along for years. Sean came out and accessed our system, only to find out the unit and duct work were to small for our house. A team of 6 arrived at 8 AM, upgraded our unit and duct work. I am extremely pleased with the results.
