David Gray came to my house in Saint Augustine and did a great job. HVAC maintenance was great. Thank you. David Gray came today for plumbing issue. They were very professional.

Timothy was informative and efficient in resolving my issue. He was courteous and treated my home like it was his own home. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Hamid did an awesome job of fixing our AC unit, although it ended up needing 3 parts fixed. He was very efficient, personable, & great with communication. He went out of his way to speed up the process, so the tenants wouldn’t be without AC too long. He also helped me navigate getting in touch with the warranty department to make that easier. So glad David Gray has excellent techs like Hamid, who make the experience fast and seamless, as I will continue to call them when I need help!

Super overpriced. No detailed invoice. The technician Dominick made the job done in less than 30 min. Used only two of his little parts which cost about $35 total at local hardware stores (see picture in red). I already had an expansion tank. He charged $535 with no warranty since I used my own expansion tank. $500 for 30 min labor is excessive. I will never use this compony again. I used to have an amassing Plummer in St Johns county who retired and I have never felt overcharged like this.

Buyer Beware!!!!!! Unfortunately, we used the ST Johns county 5 * catalog to find a plumber for emergency weekend needs. Boy did we strike out with who they sent over. The guy was not willing to get dirty and see what was going on in the house, he was adamant that he needed to look at outside pipes. Eventually went through one toilet ( not the one that was gurgling) and told us our issue was outside and it would be a $30K job and he can send his team the following week. in the meantime call the city and tell them to check for an outside issue. So no water for a weekend, city came and tore up the yard and worked until 2 a.m. with notice that issue was inside the home, pipes were clear. noone called us until late Monday to schedule. We called another company Monday morning, they were here at 10 a.m. and sure enough worked on 2 toilets, found the problem, cleared us out and were out that afternoon. We called David Grey 4 times asking for a call back and they refused to call us back to discuss. In the meantime, out $700 with a wrecked backyard and a guy using a little tool for nothing!
