Amazing same day service! This is my second time using ECS & they didn’t disappoint! Amy is very helpful working the phones. She dispatched Charlie and within minutes Charlie found the leak! He educated me along the way and was able to provide next steps & he stayed until the temperature began to drop inside the house. These folks understand honest customer service! Give them a call!!!!!

ECS did our initial install and has continued to provide service and support for the last 10+ years. We always appreciate how quickly they respond and the fact that they work through issues until they are fully resolved. Had another great experience with Charlie today. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and made short work of making the repair. Can’t recommend more highly.

I scheduled Ed’s for a semi-annual maintenance. Charlie came to the house on time and was meticulous while performing the scheduled work. In addition he noticed a part that was in need replacing. Charlie’s attention to detail saved me an unexpected repair in the future.

I just moved to the area and hired Ed's to service my HVAC. Ed's had installed the system so I thought they were the best company to provide service. I was not disappointed. The tech Marshall that came to service my home was excellent, courteous and very sharp. He diagnosed a problem with one of my units and suggested I call for a leak test. Jamie, the next tech, found my problem and later installed a new coil which was under warranty. Again Jamie was excellent and noticed a crack in my pan and replaced it accordingly. I didn't meet Jamie's assistant but again a very courteous guy. This Company has their act together and my dealings with them so far have been 5 stars.

ECS was a wonderful company and they returned my call super fast. They had amazing customer service, explaining things really well and educating me with buying a unit for the first time. The installers Hunter and Ryan were very efficient and polite, and allowed me to observe and ask all the questions I needed. I am so happy with their work and excited to do business with them into the future!
