We struggled with our a/c units all summer at our office and finally decided to upgrade them completely. EAC worked exclusively on our condo during and after our remodel, so we knew their quality of work would be exceptional and that they stand behind their products. Not only did they show up as expected first thing yesterday, but they had plenty of technicians, and everyone was friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with a brand-new system in a matter of hours. They even credited us back $140 worth of refrigerant that was needed to keep us cool until the installation, and we received a complimentary upgrade as the original unit was no longer in stock. We are a local manufacturer and installer and know firsthand the difficulties of having crews on the road, yet they did not disappoint!!

Great service, great price, great company. Their online payment system could use an upgrade but that being their only negative says a lot.

AMAZING!!! Technician was on-site in under two hours. A/C was up and running in 30 minutes. I’ve used EAC for years. Never been disappointed.
