I had a wonderful experience with Gibson Heating and Air this morning. Andrew was absolutely amazing, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions and am not familiar with AC maintenance. Andrew took his time explaining the process and potential problems. He was extremely courteous and made sure he wore shoe covers as to not track dirt on the carpet. He was the BEST AC tech I've had out for service and Gibsons is lucky to have such a professional and knowledgeable employee! I am greatly satisfied with my maintenance contract and the employees at Gibsons! Highly recommend 😁

Gibson's definitely sent me a dynamic duo. They not only installed a new heat/air unit, they were conscientious enough to do some structural repair in the area the unit was to be installed. They were both focused and added some courtesy along the way. Truly gold standard service.

When it comes to price, craftsmanship, quality of parts, this company is top notch. Logan has been my tech multiple times and I cannot say enough about how good he is, very personable very communicative as to whats going on. Only negative I have is the office needs to communicate better when the tech is running 2 hours behind schedule. Otherwise they are great and highly recommended.

We purchased a new build in October 2023, and our builder required us to use this HVAC company. Less than a year later, we were forced to move out of our home for mold remediation. Since then, the HVAC system has continued to cause significant problems, including poor air balance, inability to control humidity, and the return of mold. In addition to these issues, we discovered that the breaker for the system was incorrectly installed. This is not only a quality concern but also a potential safety hazard. For a brand-new home, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. We have pictures and documentation of these ongoing problems. Despite repeated service visits, the system still does not perform as it should. Rooms remain unevenly cooled, humidity levels are consistently high, and the conditions have contributed to recurring mold growth. What has been most concerning is the lack of effective resolution and accountability. Instead of receiving the quality and reliability one should expect in a new build, we have been left dealing with health concerns, additional expenses, and an unreliable HVAC system. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before using them.
