The whole team at Hickman’s was very easy to work with. Destry and Zack did a great job installing our new heat pump system and they took obvious pride in workmanship. Another thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the company van, inside and out, everything down to the tool containers and equipment. They left our place neat and clean, too. Highly recommended!

Today, I had service from Hickman’s heating and air-conditioning. Last night after getting back home from a two day vacation. To our surprise, the temperature in our house was 80°. I have a special-needs brother who lives with me who has complex medical issues.(in a wheelchair, has a trach) I contacted Hickman AC late at night. They were there the following morning at 11 AM. The fact that we live in Northeastern Florida is a big deal with how hot it gets in the afternoon. The technician arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier than he was supposed to. The technician was able to diagnose and fix my air conditioning in 20 minutes of being at my house. His knowledge was next to none and he was very respectful. He was dressed professionally. He explained everything that was wrong and that could potentially go wrong in the near future. My system is at an end of its life and I will definitely be purchasing my system through Hickman air-conditioning. I’m attaching a couple photos of what the temperature in my house was and what it was just several hours later. All in all-From the prompt arrival to the efficient service and fair pricing, Hickman AC exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend their top-notch service! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
