I had Sky as my Technician today, it was 30 degrees outside. I have two systems he was maintenancing. Sky did and outstanding job on both systems equipment inside and out. Very Professional, knowledgable, meticulous and personable. I have regular services done on my A/C systems but I failed to notice the lack of attention that one system was receiving. Sky noticed and ask me question about previous services which I could not answer because I don't Helicopter over service personnel to closely and never noticed. Sky attention to detail caught the fact that the coils and drain system lacked cleaning and took it to task correcting this situation and even manufactured himself a tool on the spot to fully complete the service task properly. This type of attention to detail and dedication to completing a task fully and correctly is why I use Ocean State AC

My HVAC system went down and Skylar came out to inspect. Due to the age of the unit and cost to repair, I received a candid and honest recommendation to replace the entire system. Skylar and Michael completed the installation 2 days later. Barry the Service Manager came by in the final stages of installation to review and make sure all was in order. I would strongly recommend Ocean State. The technicians and staff are regular people who treat you like a valued CUSTOMER rather than the corporate conglomerates that see you only as a source of revenue. Ocean State AC and heating has managed our systems for over the last two years. Responsive in emergencies. Alex has been our technician for the last year and half. Knowledgeable, professional, timely and so respectful. Always a pleasure to see him. Maintenance contracts are reasonable.

Ocean State did a good job of installing our new HVAC system in one day. Jackson took the time to explain the different systems and important features for our location at the beach area and answered all of our questions. He oversaw all aspects of the installation, as well. The installers and employees of Ocean State have been helpful, respectful, and considerate throughout this process.

It can be tough to explain why a new HVAC system is needed for a 20-year-old house. And now,I find it more difficult to find someone who won’t try to sell you something you can’t afford. So, it’s great to meet a technician who is honest and saves you money. Ocean State has been taking care of my system for years, but my experience with Alex has been fantastic. He clearly explains what’s wrong and gives you several repair options. His punctuality, professionalism, and reliability make him the only tech I trust to work on my HVAC system.
