Let me tell you, I was so impressed with Powell Heating and Air and their tech Andre! I called another company first who sent a sales rep, when I asked for a tech and he had me very concerned that my a/c would need to be replaced. On a suggestion from my neighbor I called Powell Heating and Air and despite their full schedule, they sent Andre just before 5pm. Andre was professional and knew his stuff. He identified the problem in minutes and had my A/C diagnosed, fixed and blowing cold air within about 40 minutes. I was also impressed with the price. It was reasonable and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I even purchased their package so they can do my maintenance and it was still a bargain. I highly recommend Powell Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs.

Seth is always very thorough and professional! He went above and beyond - climbing in a very small closet to locate the damper! All Powell employees are great and very service oriented. We can not recommend them enough!

My then current A/C service provider told me on a maintenance call that my A/C error message was caused insufficient airflow due to the deteriorated condition of my coils. Based on a friend’s recommendation I contacted Powell Heating & A/C for a second opinion on a replacement unit. In addition to offering a superior option not previously offered by the first company that came by he also indicated that my system did not look so bad that a new replacement was warranted at this time and offered to send their technician out. Bottom line is that instead of an easy 24K sale he could’ve made it was a much less painful $256 for inspection and repair and an additional $275 service contract. Honesty and expertise earned Powell a happy new customer.

Just want to give a shout out to Powell! The service technician that was just at my house was amazing- polite, professional, knowledgeable, and really knew his stuff ! Thank you so much for all he did!
