I was highly concerned about my AC unit not working for about a week, especially with a very cold weekend coming up here in Jacksonville. Trace came out and did a phenomenal job. He was patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to fully diagnose the system, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His professionalism and customer service went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Truly excellent work.

Trace is absolutely 100% the best in the business! He has a true passion for heating and air, and an equally strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I am completely illiterate when it comes to HVAC, and he didn't hesitate to break everything down for me. He explained the functionality of out indoor unit, outdoor unit, and thermostat in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand. Great customer service, I was looking to get seasonal maintenance done. Kyle came out and did a full detailed cleaning of our system, educated us on some things that could help to extend the life of our unit. He took great care of our home by picking up after himself and being mindful of my dog. He called when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable of the type of unit we have. Its hard to find Outstanding Customer service, But this company Reliable Ducts is doing things right !
