Sean and Southern Point Heating and Air, Inc. could only receive a FIVE star rating. Sean's level of service, knowledge and explanation to the customer was better than anything I have experienced as a commercial business owner or my personal residence. It is nice to meet a trustworthy owner and company that delivers what they promise. He helped us when we needed it most and then got our home unit replaced today and we couldn't be happier. I don't typically offer reviews on service but their service deserves recognition. Thanks to Sean and Southern Point Heating and Air, Inc.

Extremely dependable and honest local veteran owned AC service. Sean has bailed me out for the past five years at sporadic times between my two units. Other big companies have said I “need” a new unit but really was just a clogged drain or capacitor which was affordably and quickly repaired by southern point. I highly recommend to everyone

Sean is amazing, he came out on a Sunday to check our unit. We definitely needed a new unit. It was twenty one years old. Sean was to give us life until he could replace the unit on Thursday. He is honest, reasonable and very reliable. We highly recommend his company.

Sean Kelly with Southern Point Heating and Air Inc. is THE BEST and I highly recommend his company for any and all AC repairs or replacement. I had a 2005 unit that he serviced for several years until it finally died this year. Each time I called him, even on weekends, he came out the same day to fix my old unit. Once it died, he promptly came out to diagnose it and give me the news that, although he could try to fix it, I really needed to replace it because it was getting to the point that he was having to come out every 6 - 9 months to service it, which was not very cost effective. Still, he kept it running for years before it got to the point of needing replacement, which I knew was coming. He quoted me a great price for replacement. Several of my friends with homes the same size as mine literally paid several thousand more. Sean is also a veteran and his work ethic can't be beat. He has always been very kind, courteous and arrived each time when he said he would. He even texted or called to let me know he would be an hour or so late during one of his visits to repair the older unit I had. I always felt he was very honest with me. I finally replaced the older unit this year, July 2024, and he ordered and replaced it with an American made unit only 3 days after quoting the price. I asked if he'd give me time to clean out the closet where my older air handler was once he pulled it out, and he did all of that for me before putting in the new one. I am not one who often gives reviews, but because of the great service Sean has always provided, I felt that I just had to post one for him and his company. I had dealt with other AC companies prior to the first time I contacted Sean several years ago and had terrible experiences with them. Once I began using Sean's company, I never used any other company. Simply put, Sean & Southern Point Heating and Air are THE BEST!!! I highly recommend him and his company to anyone and everyone who needs help with repairs or replacement of their AC/HVAC units.

Had an issue with my new Nest thermostat and my heat was not working. Sean came out and besides the thermostat there were a couple issues with my outside unit. He was very professional and meticulous while looking over my unit. He recommended the proper repairs at a decent price and also did a seasonal service on both units (inside and out). The parts arrived a few days later and he installed rather quickly. We did some troubleshooting with the thermostat and he recommended replacing it as it was defective in his opinion. I called Nest and after some troubleshooting of their own they concurred with Sean's assessment and shipped me a new unit. Heat has been working perfectly every since!! I would highly recommend Southern Point and Sean. Excellent and prompt service! Update* After 20 years old unit finall gave out and Sean once again came to the rescue. Got a reasonable quote (no hidden charges) on Monday and split unit was delivered and installed in less that 6 hours on Wednesday. Unit is twice as efficient as old unit as far as cooling and heating time and the install was as professional as can be. As I stated before 5 years ago: " I would highly recommend Southern Point and Sean. Excellent and prompt service!"
