Mr Tolbert and I go back to 2012 or so. He was repairing another old unit that we had. And it was amazing the knowledge he displayed toward keeping that old A.C. unit 🏃‍♂️ running. In 2024 August himself and a helper named Michael, replaced my unit with a NEW ONE. Mr Tolbert prices were fair and I line with his competition. What thought would be a whole day, was done in 3hours or more. It was a 5 star job. A week or so into the future there was an issue, I called Mr Tolbert and he was there in 20mins. And resolved the the issue in a professional manner. He knows his stuff. Oh and he has made him available over the on numerous and helped me my explaining in depth, the theory of A.C.
