The entire process of getting a new AC is stressful. Lot of misinformation and price gouging going on. Not with Vons. These guys are honest and fair with competitive pricing and exceptional service. Their team came out to install my new system and did a bang up job and were highly professional. I've used Vons in the past and after this experience they have a lifelong customer. If you are doing what I did and gathering quotes for new work, include them in the mix.

Exceptional service. The tech, Jonathan, was incredibly thorough, reviewing photos after the maintenance session and explaining to me the service he performed. He then went over the additional work that would be required to fix any identified issues. Great communication and great work!

Ac went out during the hottest days of the year. Ended up calling in to get someone out. The lady in reception was super nice. Tyler came out to the house before the 1pm appointment time and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. When asked any questions he was able to give answers. Whole visit lasted less than 30 minutes. It was painless and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having hvac related issues.
