Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning sent Jonathan to my home today to do scheduled system maintenance on a wonderful Trane they installed. Jonathan was amazing. He called on his way, and was smiling when he arrived. Whew! Good start! It got better. He was kind, and wore a mask and shoe covers and even removed the frog from my outdoor condenser. He took time to change my thermostat settings, which he patiently explained. He was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile answering my TV issue questions and offered help after work hours…so nice! Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning does a thorough maintenance for a very fair price. I shopped around and did much research before I had the installation, and they have met my expectations.

We recently needed replacement of 2 AC units. From start to finish Wilson conducted the transaction perfectly. Their serviceman noticed our old units were beginning to fail, informed me &, with my approval, contacted his office. After speaking with them an appointment was set for a quote. The gentleman who came over was highly knowledgeable & gave us an excellent price plus 0% financing for 12 months. The date for installation was set and when it arrived 3 sets of servicemen from Wilson arrived at my home as scheduled. With one team upstairs, one downstairs & one outside they completed the job in a matter of hours, completely cleaned up after themselves, instructed me on the units & departed. Everything was flawless & we’ll pay off those new units in 12 months and will be worry free about our AC units for many years.
