Zerorez Jacksonville

Gabe was our technician. He was on time. Explained everything and was very respectful. My carpet looks amazing and I’m very pleased. If I happen to need a cleaning in the future I will request him and I recommend Zerorez 100% Thank you.

Our Zerorez experience was very good. One room had supposedly been cleaned by another company 3 months ago, but was totally unacceptable. Carl, the technician who cleaned our rugs and tile/grout did a great job. He was polite, timely and really tried to get our carpets as clean as possible. We also had our kitchen tiles and grout cleaned. They look great! If there is something I was a bit surprised by, was the extra fee for setting up on a floor higher than the second floor. I understand why it is charged, I just did not know about it.

UPDATE! 4/24/2025 I want to update my review; because the tenant had not received all of his furniture, he gave me the opportunity to request Zerorez to clean the carpets again, giving them the opportunity to honor their guarantee. The tenant informed me that the Technician was timely, worked quickly and the carpets looks much better. What I can highlight most is that Zerorez returned to clean the carpets again and they did an acceptable job. 3/24/2025 If I could give them 0!... I am not at all satisfied with the work they did, They're supposed to be specialists and professionals in carpet cleaning and mine were simply left with all the dirt and shadows of dirt especially in the traffic areas... the next day my family and I had to really clean them and remove all the dirt with a domestic vacuum cleaner since their "professional" said that those marks simply stayed there because they were permanent... What I want is my money back because you didn’t do the job for which a pay for. My family and I cleaned the carpets next day because the house had to be ready for inspection and the new tenants. Your satisfaction guarantee is fraudulent, and your offer to send again a technician, was offered too late, because the house was supposed to be ready two days after your good for nothing service. You refused to refund my money and charged me for a service you didn't provide. What's that called?

Jacob did an excellent job. He worked hard to ensure everything was perfect. The carpet looks amazing. Thank you, Jacob, for your dedication. Update: Unfortunately, once the carpet dried, it smelled terrible. I am sure that when you have your carpet cleaned, it should make the house smell fresh, but it was the exact opposite. And it wasn’t because I had an old, dirty carpet. My carpet was only a year old.

Terrible job cleaning the AC ducts. Waste of money. No customer support. They will not refund. They will not call back. They did not supply before and after photos. They came cleaned and we were still noticing problems. Attached are photos from today by Lickety Split. Chose them. Not zero res. Complete amateurs and scammers
