Jordan was excellent. Provided a small arrival window and arrived well in time and diagnosed the issue within minutes whereas other service providers struggled with all those aspects. Very competitive pricing and honest assessments, I will be using this company in the future, in fact I have subscribed to a maintenance plan with them after using my previous service provider for 6 years. Thanks guys my house is cool again!

All Comfort came to service my a/c last year for the first time and I accepted their service plan.. They returned for second visit as indicated on plan.. They are a reasonably priced company when many have become outrageous. The people who work there (Jordan, Elysa…) are kind, helpful and understanding!! I honestly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with a fabulous business who follows through and does what they say they are going to do.. no hassles!! 5 stars in my book!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The office staff member who scheduled a service call to evaluate our system was courteous, friendly, prompt, and professional. The service tech who evaluated our system communicated well (even texting to let us know he was en route) arrived on time, and offered multiple options. He was also courteous and friendly, took the time to listen, and was well versed with regard to available manufacturers took the time to presented fair pricing.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Justin is so kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience and diligence! The pricing is more than reasonable and there's excellent communication. Fully recommend! Update: our old unit needed to be replaced and they got it done the very next day. Told me a price, it was exactly that price. It had a hiccup at installation, they immediately came to take care of it. These guys are amazing!! I'm so glad I found this company, they have my complete trust.

I'm disappointed with this company. My client friend which I no longer work for so she's just my friend now has had this company for years doing service work on her air conditioning. Last year while I was still working for her a technician told her that she had possibly a part going out and would cost $250 the next visit. The next say that I wasn't working for her and the next technician told her that a different part was going out and she needed to replace her whole system. This lady is very limited on everything and she had been so stressed for all those months thinking she had to replace her air conditioning unit. In December we both called and asked what was actually wrong with air conditioner, the man in the office let me know there was nothing on record as being recommended. Which was quite confusing after the last two technicians, so at that point he offered to come out and check it for free, but she had already paid for a service call which actually meant it was not free. This technician came out shake it out reported to her everything was just fine. When he called the office though he went over to the thermostat said no there was actually the readings were wrong. Change it from regular heat to emergency heat programmed it for 75° and told her a third part had gone out. I called the office to find out what was going on with the heater and I was told that it would not work unless it was an emergency heat her air conditioner and her heater would not work unless it was an emergency. It was working fine before the technician came and turned it to emergency heat. Her neighbor whenever and run a few tests turning out things on and off and found out that it ran just fine without the emergency on and also turned the programming of the 75° off. This is all led me to think that this was nothing but a scam against this lady that could not afford to replace her air conditioning unit. Hey the first part was going out it would have caused a third part to go out but both parts would have been broken. Called the office and asked about a receipt from the third technician, was asked for much did it cost. And I said that's what I'm trying to find out, still waiting in receipt. I can't say that I would recommend this company to anybody.
