Had a problem with my electrical panel for my pool.I called Artic and they sent Richard Delaney out.He showed up on time,was very friendly,knew his stuff,and had my problem rectified very quickly.Richard had great customer service skills.He also talked to me about Artic's A.C. Business,and based on the quality of his work,I am thinking about switching over to them.After our transaction was done,I went back in the house,and came out about 15 minutes later,and Rich was just returning from putting door hangers(promotional flyers) on neighbors doors.I was impressed that he was all about driving the business.So if I do switch over to Artic,it will be because of Richard.Thanks Rich
