Climate Masters

I’ve been happy Climate Masters. Scotty is a super friendly and knowledgable technician. The office staff has been friendly too.

Thank you Climate Masters! Our air went out last night during this heat wave. We called and got the on-call service. We told them it would be fine to wait until next day so they put us on the schedule. It has been in the high nineties everyday for a while so we really figured they may not get to us today. But they did. And the service tech was fantastic. He found the problem immediately and had the part on his truck to replace it. What a great experience.

Climate masters installed a new central heat/air system in 2022. Within the first month it started to freeze up. For over two years the system would regularly freeze up. Multiple times a month during the hottest parts of the year. Climate masters would send a technician out and they would get the unit running. In a couple weeks it would freeze up again. Another technician, another temporary fix. Even though the unit is still under warranty and has never worked reliably, they refuse to send out a technician without charging a service fee. After 3 years I now fear my only option is to spend another $10,000 for a new install from another company. It’s clear climate masters refuses to stand behind their work and I would highly recommend they be avoided.

Definitely shopping around after dealing with them. Original installers at one of my locations. It feels like they would like to sell you another full unit after they have the maintenance contracts for this unit and I found to many faulty problems that needed to be fixed. Drain lines with upward pitch, UV lights installed with no finishing tape leaving my air box open to pull in hot air above the ceiling( making the unit work extra hard until I found it) Overflow sensors that don’t work. “But we will sell you a new one. “ Sounds like they caused the very problems that I’m trying to fix. Managers are too busy to call for any problems.

Would not recommend. They charge you for services they didn't perform and refuse to return phone calls to discuss these charges. Left our unit jumped for over a year. Claimed to have removed a frog that was still in unit, and charged us $30 just for the frog removal, when the tech never even opened the unit and the frog is still laying there!
